  [Easton July 2005.FTW] Born Agnes Isabella Easton, but was called Nancy all her life (Nan is acommon nickname for Agnes). She changed her name legally to Nancy aftershe married William Blackmore. Nancy was very close in age and relationship to her brother Bobby andthey shared many of the smae friends growing up in Hamilton. Nancy andher husband Bill, and Bobby and his wife Alice socialized frequently andtravelled together. Nancy was outgoing and young at heart, a wonderfulcook, seamstress and knitter. Her grandchildren have fond memories ofhome made sweaters that "smelled like Grandma" because of the perfume shewore. She overcame adult leukemia in her 60s before finally succumbingto the disease in her 70s. She died of a broken heart shortly after herhusband. [1]
