He worked for the Mammy Bread Co. in Hamilton. Believed to have died in acar accident in his 70s.

3058 Lloyd's father passed away when he was 17, leaving him in charge of thefamily. He had to quit highschool and get a job. His mother remarried toa man named Gamey and moved to Roblin, Manitoba. When Mr. Gamey passed,she married a Ted Parton in Birtle Manitoba.

Lloyd joined the Army at the beginning of WWII and at the end of the warwas serving on the Atlantic Command in Labrador.

Moved with his wife to an apartment at 126 Markland St. after returningfrom the war, a home owned by his father-in-law. Began working for papercompany Buntin Gillies, where he stayed until retirement in 1977. Hissalary when he started was 50 cents an hour.
